Can't shift these final few pounds I've been trying to shed..........one meal a day, or perhaps a handful of rice a week like half the world survives on might sort it.....Brexit will make that happen here.
Lip , Low Fat milk, butter on 1 slice of bread , eat more salads, cut out junk (especially late at nite) and get in 1/2 hour walk a day, you would be amazed at how this helps. I lost 1 stone in about 3 months doing this.
Benefit bars and Yogurt Rice Cakes from Aldi are fab for the snacks in between and cost very little.
