15 year rule for all saloons and a cessation of the recruitment drive.

Dublin Airport have announced they're no longer looking for staff.NTA should be bringing the geography test back to 80% pass rate to stop us getting swamped with new entrants.
This will change the taxi business the way we know it.Doubtful new entrants be intrested in it ,as nobody will have any money and insurance to high

Taxi driving is great during the bad years if you don't mind doing 60/70 hours a week.I think it's fair to say nobody believes a word out of our mouths. We're just like the farmers, we always complained and said we were poor and now that we will be they won't believe us.

The test was made easier recently which bothers me greatly.Lots of staff will be made redundant after this Corona mess.Guess what industry they're gonna be coming into. All eager and positive ..the cunts.

Anyway I said all this before. We have way to many expenses to be taking home minimum wages again like ten years ago.

Drivers currently working and subsequently infected will be seen as natural wastage.

Maybe people will get used to ordering everything over the internet and people might get van-driving jobs with the supermarkets etc instead of a taxi? Maybe...

Watch them do just that...especially the ones who were most critical of those still working.....massive mortgages must be paid....the false empathy bullshit will be exposed.

No they dont lipp ....you can get it deferred and the government and banks have declared that

For 3 months yes....just as they have assured people that they can rely on emergency funds up and until they decide they can't. When they go down the British route of temporarily paying 3/4's (approx) of salaries.......will they assess the mean or average declare income of taxi drivers when making a decision? Somehow, I think they'll introduce a new universal basic income...which will remain in situ in perpetuity. We'll see, Octy.........the universal credit system in China might be offered up as our new Salvatore Mundi/ Jesus' second coming. If you don't have enough credits...you are a pariah.

Don't forget you'll be doing all of this in the name of your fellow man, Comrade.

Presumably they'd go by your declared income for 2018, LL.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

After this is sorted we will all receive a basic weekly payment of lets say 250 then the basic tax rate will increase to 45% and cash money will disappear .That way all transactions will be traceable and taxable .

There's certainly a case for increasing self-employed PRSI now that we can get Jobseekers Benefit and all. The rate should go to 8% with a minimum annual contribution of €2,372.

Rats, in extraordinary times, I would presume nothing.
