I have been in 2 Taxies recently going to drop or collect my own Joe and both drivers had mirror meters.
As a front seat passenger I was not able to see what was on the mirror meter ! ??

The mirror meter would be a handy tool fer the scum who start the meter when still a KM away from the pick-up.
