Did you find the leak yet? You could follow the plumbers advice to check the inside too... instead of turning off the stopcock don't use anything that uses water for an hour before you go to bed, taking meter readings before and after...
Not yet , will probably take readings before I go to bed and check next morning. Fckn rain turned me against it last 2 nites
