Cedric Smedley played crown Green Bowling with Big Dommos Da he went into a nursing home paid for out of his pension and the balance was to be paid out of his estate .he also borrowed 12K from SHIP where he sold them a stake in his property @10% interest .When he died his son who lived in the gaff had to go homeless as the Gaff was sold to settle debts .That Old Mare Mary Harney dipped everybodies pockets with the Nursing Homes Bill set into law that the Government can get at your assetts after your dead .Same as you can delay payment of Property tax until you die and pay 4% interest PA on the debt .By the time our kids retire their homes will be included as part of their pension with you living in it and getting a pension and the state getting your gaff .
