I worked with a few developers on an app offering meals .The idea was if you were cooking for your family then cook some extra and offer it for sale by collection to those who dont have time to cook for themselves .There were issues around food poisoning and food distribution and handeling law .The idea has been adopted in Worcester for older people through meals on wheels .The community provide drivers who will pick up the food and the diner pays the chef for the meal .

Health and Safety laws would never allow this

its just eat but with domestic providers in stead of dirthy professional kitchens .As the cooking facilities cannot be checked in line with hygien laws you cannot offer the service in Ireland  But had an interesting talk with insurers who when I asked how come air BnB can offer a service without insurance ,He said wait till somebody falls down the stairs and sues the homeowner he also said if you are renting a gaff then the owner should have owners liability insurance as the rental is a business .

Won a lump of money today on Uber Share Price .Just had a bet for a grand to win 25K Uber Shares drop below $30 by year end .$30 a share would mean they have collapsed and the rest of the shares are worthless .

There's probably scope to increase fares in some markets. I'm not sure avbout London, the minicab market is highly competitive there but they could certainly increase fares from their Malaga base. Branded UberX their current rates are generally less than taxi fares but the service is a premium one, generally spotlessly clean pretty new Skoda Suburbs with suited and booted drivers who are heavily focussed on customer service.
