Found this yesterday apparently Twitter management in Dublin aren't happy with the Airport taxi rank and the DAA say changes are on the way.

I don't like that DAA are blaming a shortage of taxis in Dublin for their shit management of the permit system.

What about the thousands of taxis who leave the kip empty every day and night because it's a closed shop?,I suppose it wouldn't occur to them to have a look at that situation..

Separately...Twitter is a funny oul company. They're still the only social media company in Dublin that doesn't put their name outside their office. In case yis didn't know they're in the old Eircom building on Fenian street beside the Gingerman pub.Apparently they're hiding from ISIS and have anti-ram barriers outside the front door to stop some looper driving through the building in a truck. It's strange that they seem to put their logo on everything else except where they work.Wonder what their neighbours think.

He's right but back then there wasn't enough work. Now there's a bit more work we can't be taking on thousands if newbies as they won't just exit the business when things go slow.Especially if they've bought new vehicles.

Instead we will be back to parking all over the kip just to get on a rank. All this Brexit/trump stuff could trip us up.So for now I think we have the right amount mount of taxis. The airport permit system is a separate issue.

That fukker is only thinking of the gangsters he  represents .most of those radio company owners would be more appropriately featured on the front pages of the sunday world news paper in the gangsters column explaining where their dodgy money came from, and whos bankrolling them

Daimler bankrolled mytaxi. It's Irish predecessor, Hail0, was bankrolled by various investors including Thatcher golden boy Richard Branson. Despite raising over US$100,000,000 it hadn't a pot to piss in when bailed out by Daimler.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

Myles set up xpert cabs with the sausage man.
Also advised Bertie Ahern on Deregulation..
When Ahern officially opened xpert , the sausage predicted he'd have 2500 drivers in 5 years..
He'd forgotten that he's not that clever.
Few if any trust him, or his former boss Gormless.
Being inextricably linked to Ahern.
Pity the Twitter people didn't just tap the App.

Bertie Jaysus Ahern in the news again for all the wrong reasons:
https://www.irishtimes.com/business/commercial-property/sean-dunne-offered-seat-on-us-company-board-to-bertie-ahern-1.3896075
I wouldn't want my business associated with the likes of him.
Who would? 8)
