Speaking of the so call new Irish (not). Brought a Nigerian family to their new social house today, himself a chef so she says, they said they were homeless for 8 months staying in a hotel and b&b with 3 kids. A 3 bedroom, when I arrived they were clearing out good furniture table and chairs, beds and fridge etc in the back of a big removal van and new stuff been brought in that evening they said. They got a cheque for 4k to get new stuff. I got it out of them also that they will be paying 35 euro per week, it sickened me to the core they were made pay every cent on the meter. Thats what were letting in leeches.

Tried to tell you Dollymount Peter Casey had no chance .ALL protest votes in Ireland only ever get one chance .He was the flavour of the month in the Pres election Gallagher the vote before .Dana had her protest vote .Ming the Junkie had his .Irish voters are intellectual morons .I was talking to the head of a community group in Inchicore who all voted Green to save the trees .I asked him who do you think are promoting and pushing for the Bus Corridor if it isint the Greens .The daft cunts just voted in favour of the party who will cut down the trees .The Sodomite and his party will take the support for the greens as a vote for carbon taxes and congestion charges .SF losing its attraction now to other leftist parties so you can be sure they will return to form and do a bit more murdering up north to raise their profile they need a hard border to generate support .I wonder after a disaster of a Presidential election and losing seats in both Europe and councils how long more the shinners will have the angry housewife as their leader .Since she took over SF are losing voters .This is the fairy Princes first election as leader if its a step backwards from the Enda Days dont be surprised to see Mickey From Cork pulling the plug probably some vote of confidence in a minister to bring about a general election before there is a new Prime Minister in Britain then if it goes shit shaped he can blame the Brits .SF going backwards would welcome a coalition with FF .If Paddy was offering  good odds a snap general election I might play .

There is nothing they're doing that Irish born can't do.If you wanna declare yourself homeless and live in a hotel for a year or two with your family you will be fast tracked in to a corpo gaff with cheap rent.I've picked up Irish 'homeless' staying in places like the Castlenock hotel, Holiday inn Northwood and Bewleys hotel in Coolock.I was at a wedding in some fancy hotel in Blessington last year and there were Irish families living there too on the state's tab.

Bottom line is if you're not in a good job you won't be able to afford rent to live in Dublin. If you can't stay with your family then you're homeless. If I was starting out again I'd probably game the system too.

My eldest just got notice to quit .A lot of landlords are geting out before the Brexit crash .She was paying 950 a month agent says cheapest he had is 1400 a month .She put in an offer of asking price on a gaff in ballyer but it is now 43K above asking price .Going to convert a garage space into a studio appartment and she is moving home .If your into buggery ,killing unborn children, quickie divorces or bailing out billionaires with your hard earned this is a great country ,If your hobby is murdering your drug dealing competion and getting away with it this is a great country ,but if working for a living and feeding your family is what your after then FUCK OFF .

I think we are going to live in family units in future with Granny and Grandad  kids and in laws all iliving togeather .Good thing is I like him easy to get on with .Might not be the worst thing in the world to have family to look out for you in old age .The nursing homes costs and fair deal are no fair deal .Uncle had a haircut once in a nursing home they charged him 20 yo yo the barber got 4 the home owner took the rest .

Might not be such a bad thing if yis get on.The property values will come back down again. If she has a few quid saved there will be some bargains to be had. When I moved two years ago supply was limited so prices were mental now there's better value to be had already.Still expensive but much more choice.

The fukked up part is she might have been bidding against the corpo who are buying back houses for top money.

Im sort of a not a Socialist Socialist I believe in wealth distribution but I also belive in wealth accumalation without having the bollox taxed out of you .Most Irish people are economically ignorant they believe their home is an investment its not its a security blanket it provides shelter for today and economic security if you need to downsize and pocket some coin .I pity young people who will need to hand over possibly 60% of their life earnings to put a roof over their head and heat it put a telly on the wall for entertainment as they cannot afford to go out .Big Dommos youngone has a credit union loan every year to pay for school books uniforms and donations to the school for free education .For the first time since I was 18 I did not vote yesterday as voting is a waste of time  .A family in Bradford who voted for Brexit decided my future and my families future an X on a ballot paper down the local School counts for fuck all .

Didn't vote yesterday myself for the first time....there wasn't one candidate that i felt was worthy of my vote...there was plenty of leaflets in my letterbox but didn't meet one candidate....as for the divorce referendum part....leave as it is or leave it to members of the oireacthtas to make a decision for you!!

Supposed single mothers in hotel accommodation, just waiting for a HAP house/ Apartment, and all for €132 A month.
The Taxpayer pays the balance to the landlord who charges HAP a minimum of €1600 A month.
Once the plan works, the boyfriend or Father of the child moves in.

I was collecting the same crew last month. When they were getting in I saw that she had a baby on her lap. I told them they would have to get a minibus or a second taxi as I was only insured to take 4. "No this is the size Taxi we always get, you can drive !!" she told me. I did drive but without them.
