There is ONE immoveable object Backstop .Your ignorant brit thinks the backstop is about the free movement of goods or even people its not .In the Good Friday/Belfast agreement we  voted for and registered as an International treaty with the UN .Anybody born on the island of Ireland has an automatic right to free movement but the Bigger issue that undermines the United Kingdom is the agreement says any disputes between the UK and Ireland will be settled by the ECJ but Brexit means the UK leaves the juristriction of the ECJ so it is Legally not possible for the UK to leave the juristriction of the ECJ as they are treaty bound to remain in it .This is simply why the EU cannot renegoiate the agreement .They can alter the Political decleration but not the exit deal .The only way for the UK to leave and remove the backstop is to cede the North back to the Republic but they cant do that unless it is the will of the Majority .So if the UK want to leave the EU they will have to look back and repeat Irish History with modern plantations of unemployable British lay a bouts transplant them to Ulster with their British passports and make them resident and allowed to vote in the unification ballott instruct them to vote for a united Ireland and reward them with a gaff in Barnsley or Oldham when they return to the UK from a post election United Ireland .

  If the Brits Crash out and break an International Treaty then who will trust them in future although Trump has torn up many agreements so the precident is set .Britain prides itself on its Laws it trades based on its Laws if they break their own laws then trust collapses .No British MP gives a fuck about Irish Prods or Taigs getting slaughtered if trouble kicks off in the North but they do care if trust in their Law breaks down and it effects trade .Simple as its all about money .

Yet the Home Office has openly disregarded the agreement, and is actively seeking to undermine its very foundation. I should know: I have spent the past four years in legal proceedings battling the Home Office.

The people of Northern Ireland are unique within the UK in that we have the birthright to identify and be accepted as Irish or British or both. However, contrary to the statutory duty on the Home Office to accept the birthright provisions of the Good Friday agreement, it is arguing through the British courts that the people of Northern Ireland are “automatically British” as we were “clearly born in the United Kingdom”. The department regularly and repeatedly forces British citizenship on Irish citizens born in Northern Ireland – citizens who are Irish by birth and by choice – a choice the people of this island voted for overwhelmingly in the Good Friday agreement referendum. With Brexit on the horizon, and EU citizens’ rights in the balance, the situation has become urgent.

I am an Irish national born in Northern Ireland. The position of the Home Office is that I’m a dual British/Irish national due to my birth in Northern Ireland, and if I would like to fully retain and access my rights as an Irish/EU national in the UK, I am “welcome to renounce” my British citizenship and rely on my Irish citizenship. I have never claimed British citizenship and do not hold a British passport.

You see what they are at .If your British you are covered by British law if you have Dual nationality they are saying you are firstly British because you were born there and that takes priority .There will be an interesting conundrum after Brexit .If you are an EU citizen resident in the UK /NI ie Irish will you have the right to vote in Westminster elections .Back to the 1960s when the Loyalists Gerrymandered the voting system .

 I have changed my mind on Brexit I now think it wont happen .Boris will be PM he will go to Parliament and offer an out vote that will fail he will go to the EU looking for an extension and it willbe only offered if there is an election or a second ballott .There will be a general election with four partys with about the same amount of seats but no two big enough to form a government so Parliament will vote for a second referendum with an in out no deal option and the People of Britain will vote to remain then a general election and probably Labour without Corbyn win by a landslide with Brexiteers just not bothering to vote as their votes were being rejected .

 Britain is broken a mongrel Nation thanks to Mr Winston Churchill he won the war then gave away the country .
