I wasnt interested when i saw the first email and definitely wasnt after the second one.

I trust that this e-mail will meet you well. We the members of an evangelical mission are coming for a 7-days ecclesiastical excursion in your area and will be lodging within your town. This mail is to make an enquiry whether your taxi company can provide the shuttle services for the 4-persons (ages: 45years - 70years) coming for pastorial for a total of 7-days period.
The time of the transportation each day is 11:00am to 15:00pm (4-hours) starting from the 19th October 2019 while to the 30th October 2019. This includes airport pick up on the 19th October 2019 and airport shuttle on our departure on the 30th October 2019. All the delegates will be arriving and departing on the same day using the same flight and same airport.
The transportation of the delegates each day is within the radius of 160km (80km-going and 80km-return) each day, therefore you should please provide the price quotation by using the standard price charged in euro per kilometer to calculate the total cost for the transfers with respect to the aforementioned travel programme. Currently we have not made any booking for air ticket or hotel reservation or excursions but we want the price quotation for the shuttle service to enable the delegates make adequate budget and travel arrangements for our trip

Dear Sir/Madam,
Your timely reply is most appreciated, thank you. This letter is to acknowledge the receipt your mail and to inform you that after the group's proper evaluation with our Sponsor, we are more than happy to use your taxi shuttle services. We are pleased with your email, so I will confirm the booking since there is availability for the stated dates. I have to inform you that it will be the same 4 passengers each day. The quoted price is okay for us and we will make full deposit payment of your taxi shuttle costs as instructed by our Sponsor. I kindly request you to book the taxi shuttle for the stated dates for our group immediately.
The sponsor of our vacation trip shall make a deposit payment to your taxi company with bank cheque only. The sponsor has added additional money into that cheque to cover for other logistics services required by our group, so you will be receiving a cheque to cover for your taxi shuttle services cost and other logistics services costs. Moreover we have made an arrangement with a logistics agency who will take care of our logistics services (flight tickets, excursions, hotel & restaurant booking), which I believe that you do not provide. The group has engaged the services of a logistics firm, who is demanding their payment via credit card or bank transfer, but our sponsor is paying with a certified cheque only, therefore this is the reason why you will be receiving and handling the approved cheque payment from our sponsor.
When you receive the bank cheque you will have to deposit the cheque into your bank account to get the clearance for the cash, after which you shall deduct the cost of your taxi shuttle and transfer the balance to the logistics firm. The sponsor approved this payment method to also make it easier for him to finance our trip and to avoid the stress of having to settle all the vendors that will be providing logistics services to our group separately. I will provide you with the contact details of the logistics agency as soon as we conclude with them. The logistics firm will give you an invoice for the amount due for them before you can make the transfer to them.
In view of the above, what you have to do is simple, when you receive the cheque payment, proceed as followings:
(1). Deposit the cheque in your bank account to have the clearance for the real cash,
(2). Then on confirming the cash in your bank account, you should deduct the cost of your taxi shuttle and other bank charges,
(3). and Wait for further instructions on what to do with the remaining money.
