I rented a gaff to a bloke on the hap( forget Wat it was called then) couple yers back...
He paid 20 a week out of his dole an social paid the rest..... He fukin destroyed the place.... Painted a beach kitchen purple and a solid mahogany fireplace pink and an oak floor absolutely fuked... .. It took 3 men 8 hours to remove the shite he filled it wit from skips he was diving into... It cost 15k to restore the property ... The Corpo gave me 2000 compensation an told me to go to court if I wanted more.... The tax man told me to go fuk meself...
Thought I was doin a nice turn for sum poor unfortunate

I have 49 euro in my pocket my total debt is very low I got lucky with a cheap gaff Most families are living pay packet to pay packet had to borrow off my credit card to pay my Hen while I was off the road .Our kid was looking for a house to buy in Ballyfermot/Clondalkin nothing under 260K how the fuck can you pay a mortgage raise children have any social life on a working mans wage .Read somewhere that the waiting list for Social housing will take 15 years to clear at the rate they are building social houses .Governments own watchdogs are warning them they are overspending on Hospital and broadband  so no spare change to build homes for people .A lot of people got butchered with the crash and are still paying .I see Jonny Ronan ,Harry Crosby are back in business Sean Quinn wont go hungry .Great Country to give a Man a second chance .

Ye see that's the misconception of " ownership "
I really want to execute them people before profit and looney left sinn feint cnuts going on in the Dail about landlords.... Yhey givin out about the homeless on one hand and giving out on the other hand about us not taking enough refugees on the other and saying the greedy landlord is giving everyone a large portion up the gicker and they are responsible
I was actually homeless  after  the crash and I was a paper millionaire..... And because I was a paper millionaires I was told there was no fukin room at the inn....
So the homeless moved into me property and I moved into me ma,s house and I worked 7 days a fukin week for 6 years to pay mortgages that wernt covered by the rent so this guy was usin your taxes and my labour to live free of charge.....
So he never has to work in his fukin life and I have to work for the rest of me life and in the meantime this cnut is being moved around by the fukin doo gooders wrecking other people's property with no fear eviction .....
