They had a Lynk guy on the Pat Kenny show this morning promoting how 'green' their fleet was.  Just before he came on, Pat Kenny and his tech guru were talking about the name change to FreeNow.  Neither of them could understand it and thought it was quite stupid.  As Kenny tried to interview the Lynk guy, he kept harking back to the FreeNow name and how stupid it was.  Almost felt sorry for the Lynk guy.  Almost.

 The on screen 5 min countdown after arrival seems to be gone on FN, is there a reaso?
Also not interested in using virtual q at dap, but curious where do you wait for a job " in the proximity of the airport" if leaving the airport area takes you off the q?

I was going to ask the same about the timer.
As for the airport,it's just slightly outside the boundary of the airport.If you stray too far,it just kicks you off the queue.

If the timer is gone, it kinda fooks up counting it down to get the Scrub fee, unless you start looking at and using your car clock on every job. If there is no timer and no answer from Pax after 1 minute, then I'm gone ! I'm not waiting around and guessing at what 5 minutes might be.

Lads if you haven't updated your app I'd wait until they iron out the bugs in the new one.The distance to job thing is fukked today and it's trying to send me jobs 10km away.

The new app isn't just a few new graphics, all the preference settings have been fukked around with.Reminds me of the time Hailo switched over to Mytaxi.
