Unlikely to be a network issue if it's able to offer you a job, assuming you're out and about with GPS location enabled. In fact, I don't think it will offer you work anymore if you disable GPS... although MfH may have found a workaround for that if memory serves.

I gave up on that one.Seemed like a lot of effort.Anytime I go onto the Airport virtual rank it takes about two laps of the airport to advance ten places.Couldnt be bothered when the rest if the city is busy.

Had to download the FreeNow app on my way up this evening....even though the app loaded..a pop up message was telling me to Cancel/Try again...it just wouldn't fuk off!!

I have worked the FN app the last few nights and I think it's grand, more or less the exact same as MT.
The one feature I did like was that they took the 'Automatic Follow-on' off the main screen because I have tipped it to 'On' once or twice by accident.
The new FN branding fer Ambassador cabs seems a lot neater than the old MT branding.
Be nice if'n they stuck with the pay twice weekly bit too !
Be even nicer if'n they threw a birra 'Bobo' our way !!

Fuck off. I'm not long back from driving the younger not so young lad over to Longitude, crash on the M50 between Junctions 9 and 7 northbound. As the Dublin lads will know there is no Junction 8.

Yesterday I came home early with 50 quid had a power nap then did a few more hours.Worked out much better.Didnt even scream at anyone once.I'm struggling to stay out in the warmer weather lately myself.

Today was my first day working this week.  And with the new FN app.

The map on the new app seems to be better, more legible.

If your taxi/arrow goes off-centre, there doesn't seem to be a 're-centre' button.  It used to be in the bottom-right corner of the screen.  Anyone know how to 're-centre' your taxi on the maps?

I seen a few ad posters in bus shelters saying 'Third time lucky'.  I laughed so much, it nearly hurt  :P
