Noooo!...Your man Webb up in Bohenabreena..opposite the P&P...has a huge one and he threw a bit of soapy water on it ....and sucked the whole thing out ...and then got his fingers under it and pulled it off..Still a little dent there though but didn't charge me...

Hope your not talking about the Bohernabreena Gearbox Centre, got a gearbox and clutch done by him a few years , anyways box went again a while later,  got another guy to change the box and he said it was the original one and had never been done !!   BTW I don't think it had anything to do with my driving !

Hey STC a brand new gear box from the factory would write most cars off.Even a Toyota.Maybe he only replaced one or two worn parts but the labour for removal and refitting is the same.

Ya wouldn't get a Prius gearbox for less than 3/4 k from the dealer. Thankfully they don't break.

Stuart in Euroclutch Baldoyle/Drumcondra will look after you. I think he has mainly eastern european mechanics these days but, in my experience, he's good and charges reasonable rates.

Damn Poles coming over here taking our mechanics' jobs and selling their women anall...
