How often do you have to get the stickers verified?Could there be ambassadors going around who took their own stickers off but still get the benefits?

I read the new 'Free Now' T&C's in full, "As an Ambassador, you must provide Free Now with 3 monthly date stamped photos of your vehicle".
How true or how they intend to enforce this I have no idea, most likely if they get a complaint then they have this clause to fall back on, most likely it will not affect the normal Joe's like myself. Why bother signing up as an Ambassador and then take off the stickers and be banned from the system fer life ?

The 'Free Now' stickers don't bother me at all, actually I think they blend in well with my Front door Taxi decal's, my front and back car reg number plates, my Green Taxi Daisy/Suitability cert, my NCT disc, my Insurance disc, my Motor Tax disc, my Meter installer's sticker on the boot, my car buyers stickers on the back windscreen and the Reg plates, my personal Taxi I.D. on the dashboard and the Fare card/sticker displayed in the cab.

What possible difference could another few 'Free Now' stickers on the cab do ?

So you reckon it's a Free advert MFH, well fer starters they give you a 100 Euro fuel discount card, 8 cent off per liter of fuel, you can work out the annual savings there yourself, Half price car washes again you can work out that annual saving fer yourself, and more work than you could ever handle (with a time advantage fer Ambassadors) and all Full fare work and with the full PUC.

Granted all the Taxi philosopher's on here see 'Doom and Gloom' as is their job/god given right to do so, Germany, Brexit, This, That and the other, Doom and Gloom, all a load of Bollocks !

Granted 'Free Now' will replace us all with autonomous vehicles in the future, and the NTA will have a WAV only policy in time.
The Irish government may well introduce an EV only policy. It's all on the cards, but it is still 20 or even 40 years down the line.

I intend to be long Dead by then, fer today whats works fer me in the short time is 'Free Now' !

I don't think Daimler/BMUU will be in any great hurry to replace us with autonomous vehicles. When you factor in the cost of servicing, maintaining and managing a fleet they may find it more cost effective to simply increase our freight to 40% and supplement the fleet with rideshare options as, where and when legislation permits.

I was working earlier couldn't respond Ken but any company would pay a small fortune to have their logos plastered on so many vehicles that are parked in prime locations all over the country.Advertising space is a valuable commodity and shouldn't be given away for free.The pittance that yis are getting shows how gullible yis are IMO.Happy and gullible.

And just to add the WAX museum up here has a truck with a billboard driving around the city promoting the place for the tourists.They're paying a truck driver at least a monkey a week plus the cost of running the truck to get advertising in prime locations.Thats about 40/50 grand a year to have a mobile billboard.Look how much free advertising Mytaxi/freenow are getting with all the ambassadors lining up to put stickers on.It's actually an impressive achievement.
