We are all only small fish in a very big pond, we should learn to swim close to the shore.
'Free Now' is huge currently in over 100 cities across the world, their base is in Hamburg in Germany and the CEO Eckart Diepenhorst (I'm betting that with a handle like that he has his Mickey pierced !) is the fella calling all the shots or at least the top management board make all the decisions. The likes of Alan Fox, Ireland CEO and all CEO's in other cities are just mere workers the same as ourselves, they have about as much say-so about our working terms and conditions as the check-out girl in Centra has about how the supermarket is run.
All the CEO's report to their Boss Eckart and the Boss hearing all sides makes the informed decision about how best to treat us in order to maximize profits. It's a game and ya gotta know the rules of the game and abide by them and Play them well and always remember you are the smallest fish in this pond, but small fish can live well and healthy if they swim close to the shore.
