I agree, the lady was very drunk on the night and barely remembers where she was and the driver came back to Ireland when he didn't have to, it will be an interesting case. The Feminazi's will be out in force.

I know it's in bad taste but the betting; (Sample prices only, not fer laying).
1/12 Not Guilty.
8/1 Guilty.

https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/garda-release-reconstructed-image-of-dublin-taxi-rape-suspect-37637334.html
Gardaí have released a reconstructed image and a detailed description of a suspect in a an alleged rape in Dublin last weekend.

They are renewing their appeal for witnesses in relation to an investigation of an alleged sexual assault on a woman in the early hours of Sunday morning, December 9.

The woman - who is in her 20s - attended a Christmas party in a Ballsbridge hotel in Dublin 4 on the nightt.

She has told detectives she hailed a taxi from the venue, but got out of the car after she became unwell.

She believes she got into another taxi in the Dublin 4 area - but officers are still working on whether this vehicle was a genuine taxi.

She was reportedly raped in this vehicle between 12.43am and 2.14am on Sunday morning and ended up in Mountjoy Square, in Dublin's north inner city.

Gardaí are continuing to appeal to people who may have seen her in this area between 2.14am and 3.40am on Sunday to contact them.

So far, a number of people who saw the woman in the area have come forward, telling gardaí she was in a distressed state.

The man is described as between 27 to 35 years old, with short black hair and has a beard and was wearing glasses. He was also wearing a short sleeved shirt.

Gardaí wish to make contact with any persons in the Shelbourne Road or Serpentine Avenue area between 12.45am and 2am to come forward and also in the Emmet Street area of Dublin 1 from 2am to 3am.

They said in a statement; "If any motorists who were in these areas and have dash cam in the vehicles, if they can check their footage and contact investigating Gardaí.

"Gardaí are also appealing to any persons who may have travelled in a white taxi in the early hours of Sunday morning to contact them at Irishtown Garda station 01 - 6669600, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.

Investigating officers are also continuing to trawl through CCTV across the city centre in a bid to find the car in which the woman was travelling.

https://www.herald.ie/news/woman-consented-to-sex-in-taxi-rape-suspect-tells-gardai-37694287.html
A taxi driver who is the prime suspect in the horrific multiple rape of a 22-year-old woman, has claimed that he had consensual sex with his alleged victim in his cab.

The Tallaght-based suspect made the claims while in custody after being arrested at Dublin Airport after flying back in from a European country.

The cabbie left Ireland for a number of weeks after allegedly attacking the young woman who was raped on December 9 after attending a Dublin 4 Christmas party.Officers yesterday announced details of the arrest of the taxi driver who was questioned for a number of hours at Irishtown Garda Station last Thursday before being released without charge the next day.

A file on the case will be now be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions but sources say the man claims that he did not rape the woman but had consensual sex with her.

After he fled Ireland in the aftermath of the rape, gardai raided his Tallaght home and carried out forensic examinations of the property.

It was reported yesterday that the suspect was abroad but it later emerged that gardai had arrested him when he arrived back in the country.

The taxi in which the woman was attacked in the early hours of December 9 has also been located, seized and forensically examined by officers.

The victim suffered most of her ordeal while the taxi she was in was parked at Emmet Street in Dublin's north inner city.

The government ,the guards ,nta ,the courts are all guilty ...
None of them jihadies, Indians, bangladeshians etcetera are legal here....the guards are even given them false documents  for cash under the table....its a cultural thing in most of these kips to treat women like animals...
Wat happenened to the 180 ?
It's much more than that ...
The authorities are responsible for this case and the countless others and those unreported ...
