All a Brief has to do is reproduce this page and he will get a Nolle prosequi, citing inability to receive a fair trial.

Publicize the material and help him get off...nice one.
Have you noticed that the media haven't done so after he was charged?

As I said, that photo is a photo that was released to the public by the Gardai, anyone can post it anywhere. It’s what you write with it is the problem.
No one said it was him the man that has been charged, just that this was he man the Gardai wanted to speak to in relation to the incident.
Then as John M eluded, the Gardai spoke to a man and he was released without charge.

It doesn’t take from the fact that this particular picture was released by the Gardai and was published in the national newspapers and on the television
