Every time I ring BJP insurance about aquireing a green card for traveling north, they keep putting me off saying they are not being issued yet. I think this is bullshit, because I know someone who got one a long time ago , a private notorist

They were issuing them....and then they said an agreement was reached that meant no green card was required.....i think the DUP objected to the colour!!
