I claim scrub fees when:

i) the job is cancelled by the client after I arrive
ii) I can't contact the passenger and cancel after waiting 5 mins
iii) Non-existent jobs

Just follow the in-app links and type SCRUB PAYMENT followed by a brief explanation (e.g. "cancelled after arrived", "waited 5 mis etc", "kids playing with clever telephone, client has voluntarily undertaken to 'kill the little bastards'", "escaped delinquent, recaptured on pickup", "householder advised that I'm the 847th car to call for non-existent job", "2nd of 3 cars sent for one job") in the feedback box. More often than not they are paid but I don't keep track of them anymore and only realise them from a bookkeeping perspective on receipt.

You should always charge PUC. If the client wants a pick up service he ought to pay for it.

Had a job from Northwood where a customer cancelled after i had waited three and a half minutes outside her apartment block only for her to reorder it....which i accepted,she had ordered the taxi in her apartment first time but walked through the complex to another location,when i arrived at that location,before she got in i asked her why she cancelled when she knew i was waiting outside her block,she starts jibberin so i told her to fuk off...and she cancelled again!!

I always claim if cancelled after arrived but I don't keep track of what's paid or not paid... only takes a minute to claim so you may as well. I would never accept a job for a second time, if they cancel and reorder I assume they want an immigrant or someone who looks smaller/easier to rob or a bigger or cleaner car or something like that.

Well now Doc....unless you're stickered up to fuk and bringing donuts into HQ and satisfying someone of importance in said HQ....regardless if you have the intending passenger in a headlock in their gaff.....you won't be offered the job.....

I don't have stickers and generally only have priority on Sun/Mon when the whole fleet has it... and I've only been to the depot twice, once for initial training and then to meet Tim and Fiona, no donuts changed hands on either occasion although I did get coffee and biscuits on the latter and a notebook and pen and some till rolls. Still no shortage of work... and I don't cover prebookings, hospitality jobs, airport pickups, match jobs, pub jobs, Hail0 For Business jobs or anything south of Collins Ave or west of Ballymun Rd unless it has a stated destination east of Ballymun Rd and north of Collins Ave. In fact, the last 50 hour week I worked using said criteria cost me over €160 in freight... yes, OVER ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EUROS FOR ONE WEEK'S FREIGHT.

You don't have to! The man that called me from the depot a while back told me the top drivers trouser €120,000/year with the best driver covering €130,000 worth of Free Now jobs alone. This gig economy thing is obviously worth a lot more than Govt/Revenue would be forgiven for imagining.

seriously though, how does she work.

The pax hails a taxi on their phone and then the app decides who to send it out to first, it could be one of the pax 'Favored' drivers or an Ambassador or someone on Priority, or someone closer, nobody really knows. FN play their cards very close to their chest about who gets first dibs on jobs but the further you are up the FN tree, the faster (in seconds) you will see the job. I would recommend going Ambassador to you DMG.

I just type in the word 'Scrub' in the box, no need fer an explanation, they ain't gonna believe or read it anyways, but they will check it out. I don't keep track of them either but I do reckon that I get paid the vast majority of them.
I don't think they pay fer the 'Cancelled after arrival' (unless it is the full 5 minute wait).
