They say their costs have gone up but they've already gotten increases every time we've gotten increases.So increases on top of increases.Maybe they should be moving to a building with cheaper rent for starters.

It`s actually a 25% increase, 3 being 25% of 12 .

They pay weekly rent on a swanky office in a Cork business park which is open fer only 5 hours per week (Thursday 10am to 3pm), it has No phone number or contact details and most usually has nothing we might want in stock like receipt rolls, biros or jackets in size XL/XXL.

The office in Dublin is in the expensive Georgian core, about 200meters from Google and other tech giants.Absolutely no need to have it there.Most of the solicitors and architects and PR companies that we're there 20 years ago have moved to other places with cheaper rents.
