would'nt ye think with the amount of drug dealing going on around the Dale there'd be cameras all around there. wudda easily snapped the perpetrator's car.
There are cameras, but as you pointed out, it was probably viewed as fly tipping, which is the norm around there.
Not too many paying bin charges in that area.

I think the bin charges are waived for the unemployable... and they still won't use them.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.
