Im more guilty of it then most on here,but realistically we spent far to much time debating ALL dispatchers.they are not worth it,nor are they necessary in the taxi business.I would love to see eveey taxi driver throw the radio back at these scumbags who constantly over step the mark by acting as though they EMPLOY the drivers,when you all know its actually the other way around

Would be fantastic but in the real world, some drivers dont know how to work the streets and are like lost sheep, like robots following google maps blue lines .But the danger now is Freenow wants to have it all and not good at all as no competition.

I always felt seriously that a lot of drivers actually NEED to be told what to do.they were so long in the PAYE sector that they just cant cope with running their own business.they are even prepared to give the radio scumbags like Ebbs,Kelly,and Kearns control over them rather then have to face it

Good point there is a lot of driver's they just can't cope that they don't need an app to survive. Its call a comfort zone you afraid to leave in fear of unknown . If you are self employed Taxi man all what you need is marketing yourself. Personally i am proudly not a part of Lower Mount Snake Pit and u love it . Streets are yours

Correct maxi,but the ones with radios are much worse.they are only short of clocking in and out ,and requesting holiday leave.some ,im sure call Kearns mr

Im no lover of ANY dispatchet,but I would have a little bit more time for F/N simply because they dont try to treat drivers like  they were employees .imagine the cheek of the other radio pricks telling drivers what to wear (uniforms) how much to charge (offering discounts at the drivers expense ) and the one that REALLY kills me DISCIPLINING drivers (for giving back work ) who do these bastards think they are ?  their only function is to provide work to drivers,which is what they are hired by drivers to do.NOTHING ELSE.anyrhing more then that is an invasion of privacy into a drivers business.it is about time drivers stood up to them ,and told them that

I think your living in the past dm. Wearing uniforms.. Gone.. (unless you want to wear it)..discounts been offered. I can't remember the last time I heard a cab company offer a discounted fare. Sure every job you get from fn is heavily discounted to the driver.. On handing back work... Most cab companies are using the iCabbi system. Accept /decline.. I think your choosing to live in the past dm.
