Ford Escort or was it an Orion?
What was the difference??

Escort was the 5 door hatch and the Orion was the 4 door saloon.

1st car I drove/crashed was a 1983 Mercedes W126 rolled out the driveway and into the next door neighbors brand new Toyota Carina, I think I was 3, the father let me play in it.

1st car I learned to drive in was a 1991 Volvo 940 SE, still remember the reg. 91W770, that and a BMW E34 525 1992.

1st legitimate car I ever drove was a 98 Seat Arosa.

1st car I ever owned was a 99 Nissan Almera 99W3936, and by Christ there has been some heaps of gick I’ve piloted since, 32 in total since I started driving.

Honda Prelude, Alfa 164, Honda Crx,

Very cool, always fancied a 164 and it’s replacement the 166.

The car I learned to drive in was me Daza's big Audi at aged about 12, there was a lot of field work back then in the greyhound training game so I very often got to drive the car around the fields, by 15 fer security reasons it was part of my very well paid fer job to get the car from the car park and bring it to the front gate of the greyhound stadium to collect me Daza (a Bookie) and the Bag.

My own First car was a Datsun 120Y Coupe, (similar to below but without the alloy wheels) bought fer cash when I was just 16, (2750 Ir punts IIRC) but I couldn't drive it until I was 17 and got me Learner permit.
