Constitutions never define who God is just a nod to a Greater Being .I often thought you swear on the Bible in Court and the Bible says God created Man then Woman so IF you were on the Jury of a Transgender Murder could you find the accused innocent just because the Bible you swore on does not recognise that such a gender exists .

They have a preservation order on the premises but is she still allowed to use it, can she use it for the purpose for which it was first granted planning ie residential .Council can restrict change of use but not deny you the use for which it was originally built .A lot of shops cannot rent out the upstairs for residential use like Capel street as the original planning was for retail and not residential .
