I got the cringeworthy FN email sent out to customers,
very little mention that FN are taking No hit at all but just dropping the commission,
and no mention at all that the Taxi driver putting his life at risk is actually the one who suffers financially.

Ireland is currently facing an unprecedented challenge with the onset of COVID-19. Our healthcare heroes not us FN staff are playing a vital role on the frontline and together with drivers who are also on the frontline we want to support them from our FN homes and places of safety.
That's why "we" are launching a joint initiative with drivers offering all healthcare professionals 50% off their essential trips. We FN don't charge the usual 15% commission and the Taxi driver risking his life takes the lions share of the hit of 35% off the fare.
'Together', we want to make sure that all healthcare professionals can get where they need to be as quickly and easily as possible. ..........
Thanking you all fer your time and when this is over our FN team will reemerge from our places of safety to provide you with the best Taxi app service in the country, the Taxi drivers who currently serve you are no longer allowed in to our offices but they should be ok to look after your journey. We at FN do not provide any of our drivers with any type of PPE or sanitizers, nor do we at FN offer our drivers any type of benefit if they get sick with the virus or God forbid Die.
