1 ...blokes who have to pay maintenance every week ....I doubt if they are  enforceable in the courts during the virus ...
If your a civil servant with zero drop in income you've no excuse.....but a self employed taxi driver cant print money wen work is all but vanished.....I'm not sure the court service is open except for alledged domestic violence barring orders .....also a taxi driver cant be evicted from a tenancy ide imagine on account of this virus crisis and his lack of income ........all process of  evictions would be deferred ......course I'm only guessing but it wud seem most likely.....landlords mortgages on hold also for those who have them

As fer the maintenance issue no letters as of yet from the courts to those of us that do have to pay maintenance, I would guess that if you didn't pay then unlikely the Gardai would be knocking at your door, but you will still have to repay it over time when this is all over.

Very few if any pre dereg immigrants driving cabs.
The driver check app is useful in checking badge numbers.

100% Silverbullet.I hammered Freenow on Social media on all sites and groups ,and I thought funniest, was give more discounts to other essential services.I hate that company and even before pandemic, seeing freenow robot drivers with stickers all over there cars ,I look on them with disgust.Its Wakey Wakey time with this company.Virus and them should get lost.
