To be fair, us Irish (with a few exceptions) have been pretty good at sticking to essential travel only. The Gardai have new powers for a few days as well so those who are out for non-essential purposes will probably get a good kicking.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

What about junkies getting the regular fix, or teenagers dropping into the bird's gaff a for a Netflix and chill?
