Your right the passengers ARE the employers, and We employ the dispatcher. When the passenger is not happy with our performance, as our employer, they have a right to give us the 3rd degree . When we are not happy with the dispatcher, WE as being their employers, have a right to give THEM the 3rd degree but in this case you want the tail to wag the dog.
