On another note. This thing with the insurance about just insuring is not as straight forward as first thought. You can do it alright, but there is a bit of messing around with it. I thought you just break the link with your car by calling the NTA, and then calling the insurance company to tell them also. It seems there is no problem with the ins company, the problem is with the NTA. .they want you to take of the disks, send them to some address, re sit the suitability for the purposes of having new disks fitted, etc there is more Shiite as well but I can't remember what she told me

The guys who are not working at the moment are not doing so because of the obvious health risks, and the guys who are working are obviously doing it for the money I think it's only fair to say the next few weeks will determine who was the smart onesI'm staying at home for the money, no other reason, simply not economic to work while there's €350 a week on offer, the lads out working are heroes, I'll not have a bad word said about them! The Priest will say that at their funerals .

Who said you have to do another suitability test, DM? The decals are refitted FOC and you are legally obliged to inform NTA if you no longer have taxi insurance.
What if they're still closed?
She told you you have to pass another suitability test? The benefit to you is saving money on insurance. With Axa you can suspend or downgrade your policy hence saving 100% or 60% of the monthly premium.
