Being honest with yourself .Take into account your weight drinking ,Smoking exercise ,other health issues give yourself a rating and if you think if you caught a bad version of the Dizzeeezzzzee would you survive .Im about 8 stone overweight dont exercise dont smoke drink to much .if I was to give myself a health rating out of 100 it would be under 30 and if I got this Virus I dont think I would survive it .

I've done more physical work over the last two weeks than i have in the last 18yrs,that feeling of being bolloxed every evening has dissipated, definitely more energy, the missus is working from home and preparing lovely dinners that the whole family are sitting around the table in the evenings,
If the dizzeeeze gets me and takes me....so be it...i'm sure they'll make me as comfortable as they can as i take my last breath!!

I would not be in antos league when it comes to fitness, but I live a fairly similar life style insofar as I don't drink, or smoke either, and like Tony, I had recent heart problems also coupled with diabetes, asthma, animia, and artritus. I try to do 5 k every morning,+ I used to do 10) but this fukin artritus in my foot is causing me terrible problems

Would you not get that fucktard from Free Now over to your gaff to build you a bubble .In 1975 meself and Big Dommo got arrested when we were up in court the Judge said to the Gard "Whats it this time .The Gard says " I stopped this pair Big Dommo was cycling and yer mam was sitting on the crossbar ..So whats the charge asked the judge .Cycling a bicycle with no mudgards or chain guard or rear reflector front lamp bell or rear brake .Judge says to big Dommo Do you have anything to say ? Big Dommo says your honour with all that stuff missing was there enough left to legally constitute a Bicycle ? The judge gave it some serious reflection then fined us £2 each .The reason I remembered this story is with all thats wrong with you are sure you are still alive .

I'm highly susceptible to flu..last one  I was 21 days in bed and months in and out of the eye and ear ..same thing
3 years earlier .. I'm off out on me bike now for 2 hours if the guards dont stop me ....1 to 2 hours every day  aerobic exercise.........gave up the smokes 5 years ago ....
Anyone ask me ....I am scared of getting this thing .....I believe some are more prone to flu than others.......

A hypochondriac is someone who lives with the fear that they have a serious, but undiagnosed medical condition, even though diagnostic tests show there is nothing wrong with them. Hypochondriacs experience extreme anxiety from the bodily responses most people take for granted.
