Hi My pretty one,
With the easing of restrictions due to take place next week, we are happy to announce that we will be reopening the Driver centre from Monday the 18th of May.
Respecting the gradual change of public health social distancing measures we will reopen the centre in phases to limit the number of staff and drivers and the duration of each contact. Your health and safety, as well as our staff's, is our top priority.
Below we have outlined how Phase 1 of the Driver centre reopening will take place.

Driver centre support: By appointment only
We will be opening the driver office by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
You can request an appointment using our online booking system.
Please be aware that any driver who shows up to the driver office without an appointment will, without exception, be turned away and asked to book an appointment at the next available time.

Only book if essential
As there are limited slots available per day, please only book an appointment if you have an urgent query that requires a face to face interaction.
Driver centre
We've installed screens in the Drive centre to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
We will operate a 'traffic light' system at the window of the centre. Please wait outside if light is red and you can enter once light is green.
To comply with HSE guidelines,
All drivers must wear a face covering, sanitise their hands and clean their phone with a disinfectant wipe before handing it to a member of staff.
This PPE will be provided for you at the driver centre.
