Was a time when taxi customers were delighted to see us they were looking for us.now thats turned around we are looking for them .the reason this has turned around,is because the customers are now fukin spoilt your dispatcher friends seen to this, and you are the looser with tips

You'd be busier with a company and the 2 euro call-out covers the freight.

The only reason drivers have to take card now is,your dispatchers friends introduced it,and the NTA will enforce it,and why ? Because you agreed to it,so put that in your pipe and smoke it billy bollox
jasus sorry for agreeing (or giving) the taxi customers what they want. I'd say if you had a clothes shop you would still be selling clothes that were in fashion in the 70s, and wondering why nobody is in the shop.

you must be making sweet fa if you are relying on tips... You should like you live in America, which by the way taxi drivers have been taking card for at least the last 10 years.

There's only one despatcher stroking us, and it's not in his lap. The trad despatchers who provided real customer service, and huge employment are f####d, because we drivers sold out to the British, and now German, despatchers, who are raping us for up to 3 times as much money as the trads for the same work. As yet, as they have declared in the UK, they are only half way up with the stroke.

Some of your  beloved trad dispatchers would be more appropriately featured on the front pages of the sunday world, then posing as respectable businessmen

When you said they provided huge employment,is this an admission that you accept that they DID believe. you were their employee,or was it the case that tou were si brainwashed by these cunts that YOU actually believed you were their employee ?

A question for dalymount... When you started driving a taxi, were there taxi dispatch company's in operation or are you driving a taxi long before they started up?

No, they needed many people to answer the telephones to the people who needed a taxi at their home, work, place of entertainment, hospital, brothel, Garda station, etc. They also employed staff to handle client, and driver accounts, kitchen staff, cleaners, sales staff, etc.

Oh hoe they have progressed since then.they even have the DRIVERS as their employees now, well at least that what they believe, and who could blame them for thinking that when you have men prepared to be told what to wear, what to charge, allow themselves to be disiplined,,awarded gold stars In. Their copy books ,allow themselves to be graded,ot
R degraded depending on how you look at it,,etc the list goes on

Nothing to do with love of anyone, but my own financial bottom line, which was a lot better when the trads had the amount of work that I need.
