I wouldn't say disrespect but clearly a protest,as healthcare professionals they clearly have a gripe with the Belgian PM and the govt....possibly to do with their management of the Covid-19 crisis,probably didn't do enough to prevent their health service being overwhelmed.

You say it as if the hospital staff are somehow in the wrong by using the word disrespect...i think the PM was the one showing the disrespect by turning up probably in the full knowledge of what would transpire.
