I'd say you can't drive around with your roof sign on without ten taxi drivers checking you out on the NTA driver app.

I don't think you'd last long with a lapsed plate. You can't even work the apps anymore with the incorrect documentation.

Aren't they expired anyway?.What use are they to anyone.

What's expired? Why don't you use quotes?

If you remove your PSV insurance the licence is invalid(expired).

I don't like the quotes it looks awful on the screen.I'll try to improve my replies so they make more sense.Try.

I intend reactivating my insurance and will therefore require my licence which expires July 6, I was told the carriage office would send me a letter extending licence by 1 month as the NTA were not accepting payments, however although nobody can contact them , they are now accepting payments so I guess the carriage office won't honour that.
I just got past the "user busy" signal on my phone and managed to get through, I've been on hold for 10 and a half minutes so far, I wonder how much this is costing me?

I was given an appointment by phone and told to go to Nta Charlemont. An email would give the exact address but it never came.

Did they ring you, I've been trying for a week to call them to give them money
I couldn't get them on the phone so I sent them an email asking why they were making things so difficult for drivers who had complied and sent the discs back.
They rang me almost immediately.

Is it definitely the 10th? A lot of news sites including rte have the end of August as the finish of pup. I don't see it anywhere else official. Social welfare still has the 10th as the date, and I'd imagine they'd know!

All the dates suggested are Mondays. Keep it well under your hat but I've heard whispers that could be brought forward to 20 July.

If it ends on a Monday (as seems certain) do we get paid on the Tuesday e.g. if it ends on 10/08/2020 will we be paid on 11/08/2020 or are we paid in advance?

Now that tonights announcement from our dear leader that most businesses will be back on 29th JUNE, where does that leave us lovely taxi men and women?

Are we suppose to be going back then or no?

As an esteemed Keshie, Dublin Airport will be quiet until God knows when.

Just keep her lit till the full time whistle blows. Buses and private vehicle hire have been given the go ahead to recommence, so can it be argued that taxis are no different?
