Insurance Cert and Insurance Disc for the windscreen ,I would imagine it will be dated the 30th June to prove to the NTA that I'm back in action from that date.
Insurance Cert and Letter (E-Mail) from Axa to be left on the front seat because of the Pox.
I also advised not to ask the Person fitting the new daisies any questions as they wont have any answers.

Why do you need a new cert and disc though from Insurance. Did you receive a "domestic cert" when you were off the road?
Im with Axa and this is the first I heard of it.
Surely your cert pre lockdown would be valid as long as you inform your insurance Co., that you were back working as a taxi?

Can I ask what was roughly the average savings per person by changing to "personal use" insurance for the period?

Ok I'll go at it again, I still have my original Insurance Cert and Disc, did NOT surrender them when I dropped cover to Private.

I call it "Belt and Braces"  , at least the cnuts in the NTA cant question anything once I have a new cert , I might even leave both of them on the seat, to be sure, to be sure.

I dont think in fairness to the NTA they would have the slightest intention of questioning you in that regard.they are up to their tonsils in other matters at the moment.you are probably being ultra cautious

I was given an appointment by phone and told to go to Nta Charlemont. An email would give the exact address but it never came.

Did they ring you, I've been trying for a week to call them to give them money
I couldn't get them on the phone so I sent them an email asking why they were making things so difficult for drivers who had complied and sent the discs back.
They rang me almost immediately.
