Can't understand TOAO's opinion that Kinahan should be legitimised.
Trump has called for help, so I'm on a plane heading for The Strait of Hormuz, talk soon.

Great article, can't see much changing fro Pro boxing in the Republic for a good while yet,Katie Taylor fights under the MTK banner so that shows you how far we have to go.

Interesting, didn't know that. Know very little about the inner workings of the sport. Did the Pete Taylor shooting have any significance in the context of this thread?

I'm creased here. I thought TOAO was an acronym for an organisation I missed in the article,  then it dawned me you meant Roy! rofl

Well the fact he had some MTK fighters training in his Gym would tend to point towards it did although he has a very interesting private life...

FFS! I've looked up what the acronym stood for, seen it a few times, thanks for clearing that up!

Yes! It's a long shot but the more legitimate business interests he has, property/boxing/construction the more he'll want to be seen as "out of the game" , stopping him from following a non criminal adventure seems to go against logic ..  driving him to be 100% gangster instead of 85%?
I don't profess to know much about how gangsters operate though

Not sure myself how being accepted as a legitimate "Boxing Promoter" is the green light for him to just get on with his life and throw his cash about here and there with impunity as he will be looking over his shoulder as long as he lives.
