A guy parked in my underground car park space once, so I left a note on his car requesting telling him not to do it again. I started the note like this "Dear Mr Head, Richard I presume"..... Next day my fly window was broken, and I never saw that car again.

Varadkar was just on the Pat Kenny show this morning.  Talking about the 1,000 grant, he specifically mentioned 'taxi drivers & a man with a van' as people who might avail of the €1,000 grant.  It was around the 9.40am mark if you want to download it.

Take the next bit with a pinch of salt because I'm no tax expert.  He said that many companies/self-employed people made a profit in 2019 and will make a loss in 2020.  You will be able to claim back some of your 2019 tax against your 2020 losses...

He also said that, with the VAT reduction, now might be a good time time to buy a car!
