Here's the full interview, kinda long but worth it.The frightening thing for me is where Trumpy says the cognitive test had a couple of hard questions.It's not meant to be hard AFAIK.It a tool for diagnosing dementia.

The supreme court is the highest court within the hierarchy of courts in many jurisdictions, Broadly speaking there decisions are final.

My understanding is that the drivers are arguing that basically they are self employed but Uber are acting like FN (and like employers)and are effectively giving out jobs to suit themselves with other driver being punished for not being good boys.

The drivers want access to the data that Uber hold on them regarding trips/ratings etc.

Uber want it both ways,they don't employ the drivers but they tell them what to do... yada yada....

They interviewed the Doctor who invented that dementia test.  He said you either passed it or they took your car keys off you...  He said passing it was nothing to brag about.
