How the fuck can you justify spending a hundred Million on a footballer or tens of millions on squad players when you dont know what the story is .If there are no fans then there is no gate money to pay wages .The heads running these clubs are on mega bucks .I would think a lot of teams will go broke and out of existance .

Gate receipts are only a small fraction of the overall income, big clubs can survive without it, probably why fans have been neglected over recent years, hopefully their worth has been noted with their absence

Premier League where the big TV money is they might survive for a while but the lower leagues wont without fans and gate money .The bigger hit might come if there is Covid recession and all the Lads in the Flats and Pubs disconnect their Sky package .Rupert might decide paying big money for Soccer is a waste of coin and we could see pay per view only football on Tv you only buy what you want to watch and not a season worth of matches through your sky or netflix or some other package .

How many lads would go out tomorrow and buy a brand new Merc to go taxi driving in the future I doubt there would be any .
