Indeed BB.....i've filed my 2019 accounts and i owe a few bob to add to my 2020 prelim,my accountant is aware that i've to change my car next year (feb)...and i've explained that i won't be in a position to pay 2021 preliminary tax as i need all the funds to pay for that car as i'm not borrowing money...not that any lender would be throwing it at me....she's trying to get me to pay at least 500.

I've applied for a couple of jobs....i'd say when they see 55y/o taxi driver...the man balloon  images start to appear in their head instead of the not as but nearly as buff as Frankey!!

What chance do most of us have of finding work im 58 and over 20 stone .Cant compete with fit young bucks  If this continues past April next year .Im going to go insolvent and default on all my loans hand back the car go on the Dole then apply for FAS courses sort of like taking early retirement .This reminds me of the early 80s all my mates oulfellas were on the Dole then the Government let anybody over 58 go on the sick .You got the same coin but were not counted as unemployed .I dont know where this fever is going and when we might get back to some sort of normal .

Expectations were not as high Jonno No Mobile phones that cost a few ton and a lump of coin per month to run .No expensive TV or internet package no Bin charges or property tax .Different times different times .

These furst wur'ld issues John. Someone should wave a wand and stop, rewind and pause.
Just like we used to do on our buddies video recorder years ago (cos everyone had one lucky bastard of a mate who had a video recorder) when you thought you saw half of a birds nipple peeping out from her swimming costume in the Porkies film, and you wanted to get a closer perv at it.
