Every cloud has it's Silver Lining.
« on: August 29, 2020, 09:07:34 am »
I had a senior Bulmers employee in the cab last night 'Steaming', he told me the Bulmers Clonmel plant where he was working at was at full capacity since Lockdown turning out 43,000 cans per hour (just over a million cans per day) and still could not keep up with demand, and said they were going to advertise the pint bottle in order to get trade away from the 500ml cans.

Thurs, 17 Sept is Drop-Day for the €350.  We just have to hope the kids start infecting their parents over the next 2 weeks and have another lockdown   ;D
Getting old is compulsory whilst growing up is voluntary.

We shoulda done our sums instead of acting the bolloxes all them years ago. Anyone that slates the brainy ones that went to college and bettered themselves, only have themselves to blame. I was the biggest messer of them all. No badness, just immaturity and cop- on of a minus value. I eventually found my level driving taxis and I'm happy with my lot. Working for myself, pick and choose my hours, days off, holiers, not much stress etc. Fuck it. I'll drive the swots around and take their coin thanks very much.
