This is a hub and spoke model.
Anyone who's ever had the joy of their bus going through Parnell Sq West (Rotunda) will just laugh at this. There's often a driver change at Parnell Sq. If the new driver is finishing his tea in Broadstone depot or just can't be bothered, the bus just sits there. Many's a time, people have seen the current bus driver just walk off without a care in the world for his passengers.
How these buses are meant to sync out in leafy Beaumont or sunny Ranelagh should be 'interesting' to see in operation!
Might mean more business for us if people can't get connecting buses into work etc.?
