Yis do know there are complete Prius rentals on donedeal for a €100 a week.It will be more efficient than the wheelchair van.

I'd explore the idea of telling Ebbs to get stuffed.

The rent to buy deal had been the easiest transistion into a taxi that I have ever had.  €300 insurance deposit. First €125 weekly payment. Handed the keys to a 2012 wheelie with 160,000 km that is ready to go. No running around trying to get a roof sign, door stickers, meter, sealing, NCT and suitabliity. Taxed, NCT for a year with a new suitability. Covid screen fitted. Serviced with a 3 month warranty from Lynk on Engine and gearbox and a deal where I can supply my own parts and have Lynk workshop do the work for €25 an hour or find my own workshop.

U what there are some rent to buy.But unless the Ebbs deal includes a plate you can transfer into your own name it isn't very attractive.I know lads who were suckered into this deal before with saloon taxis.

Trying to get into a business at this point seems insane IMO if you have another source of income.

125 a week plus commission or freight, servicing, tyres, suitability, nct and tax?
And you think you're better off than paying 250 all in?
Noel Ebbs is a genius.

You can't even put this wav in your own name or on your own plate at any stage,as it's too old.

He knows that, the partners are handy enough on diesel, it’s costing me €10 per 100 miles.
