Ballyfermot says NO
« on: October 31, 2020, 11:52:27 am »
All the Shops in Ballyfermot are OPEN along the Parade of Shops with the exception of Chasers and the Bookies .Shopkeepers are operating a register and wash policy Told the Gards to Go Fuck off .There are so many loopholes and A Clueless Government that they are willing to make the Government /State take them to court to prove they are breaking the law .Ryanair took the Government to Court saying the restrictions on Flights were illegal ,the court ruled there were NO restrictions on flights they were only Recommendations .I heard a Solicitors letter was delivered to the Gards informing them if they closed a shop and it turned out that their action was illegal then the Garda Commissioner as a Body Corporate would be sued but the Actual Garda who ordered or enforced the Closedown would be sued Personally .If the Government dont actually have the Power to Lockdown and it falls apart will they just say Fuck it and Cut the Covid Coin and let us all look after ourselves . If your loking for Curtains or Sheets then Kavanaghs and if you want Angel Cards or Crystals the Angel Shop is open .

and watch the number of cases go up in Ballyfermot.
They are being stupid and completely irresponsible.
Pre lockdown the highest number of cases particularly in Dublin were in working class (so called) areas.
No one likes or wants to have this lockdown, but we need to do it as otherwise our health system wont be able to cope with the number of cases.

Ballyfermot has one of the highest rates in Dublin .There was an outbreak in a youth club I posted it up here but nobody contacted the School to advise them of the outbreak in Youth Club .Its the inconsistency Justin Minister turns up on telly saying Kids Socks are not essential but a Hawk and Trowel and a box of 5/8 counter sunk cross cut screws are essential .If I was a shop owner I would Open A lot of these Small shop owners have had to secure their Lease agreements with their Family homes or Pensions .

Therein lies the problem.
They open the shops and have parties (which people did have) and you will have contineous high numbers and no end in sight.
Short term pain for long term gain.
Opening shops and ignoring the health officials is a receipe for a disaster

So where do you stand on Taxies continuing to work transporting the Shoppers that shopped home with their goods ,should we sit at home to contain the spread .A taxi driver can drive into the most infected area and then drive to antwhere else in the country including bring nursing home workers to work .Seems a bit self rightious for taxi drivers who are working to pontificate about spreading the fever ,

Here is a serious question ..You get a Job its a Girl going from a gaff to another Gaff she has 3 bottles of WKD in her bag and she says she is going to her mates for a drink with a few other mates ..Now you are aware that she is going to break the law .If you bring her can you be charged with aiding and abetting the committal of a crime ..
