Then it gets fucking stupit
« on: December 13, 2020, 01:50:17 pm »
A man has been charged in relation to the death of a 17-year-old last January.

The man, who is in his 40s, is due to appear before Dundalk court later today

They cant name the Headless body in a bag because he is a child and the Courts say you cant identify murdered Children .

Same last week they couldnt name the Murdering cunt of a father who killed his missus and kids because it might identify the Children .

Now if a kid is Murdered and somebody is charged and the local Womens Club go around the doors collecting a few quid to bury the Kid they can Go to Jail .Censorship gone mad .

Hal when somebody is charged you cant mention the Kid as he would be identified .Some judge made some comment in court when a few people identified the Murdering Skum that killed the Little Girl in Lucan .The Really big issue is a Judges comment can lead to Censorship .The French are breaking up the Kip because Macron wants to bring in a Law that makes it a Criminal offence to Photograph a Police officer murdering the head off somebody he dosent like .Iran just hung a blogger they didnt like and X British Colony Hong Kong just jailed protesters they Didnt Like arrested a Newspaper owner they didnt like and Saudi Arabia chopped up a Journalist they didnt like .Yet Nobody in Ireland seems to Give a fuck about censorship .

There was a Time Journalists had Principles Look up Kevin O Kelly went to Jail in the 70s because he would not reveal his sources .Unelected Judges making Law their job is to enforce it .

Kevin O’Kelly (1924-94) was a journalist and broadcaster. Born in Dublin, he became a journalist with the Irish Press before joining Radio Éireann in 1954.

In 1972, he presented a scripted report on ‘This Week’ of an interview he had conducted with IRA chief of staff, Seán Mac Stiofáin. This led to him being called as a prosecution witness in Mac Stiofáin’s trial on a charge of IRA membership. O’Kelly refused to disclose the circumstances under which the statements had been made. Ruled in contempt of court, he was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment and spent two nights in prison. He subsequently became RTÉ’s religious affairs correspondent. He retired from RTÉ in 1986, but continued to present ‘Addendum’.

More Madness Barnier says that if we do a deal then the deal wont be done because we cant do a deal ,stay with me if a deal is done then the deal has to be written in each of the languages of the EU then printed up on a printing machine like the one they bought for the Dail that was to big for the room it was to go into .They cant send E mailed copies as EU rules demand hard copies .Then the individual Governments must vote on the Deal then instruct their MEP on how to vote on the deal then after they vote they have to get the European Commission to pass the Deal Plus Borris has to get the British Parliament and House of Lords to pass it and the Queen to Rubber stamp it .There wont be enough time to pass it before 31st of December .So on 1st of January it will automatically be a No deal Brexit .Now hold on dont despair because they might just ignore the Legal status of a No deal Brexit until everybody has time to pass the Deal .So the whole EU thing is supposed to be based on Laws rules and regulations that they are willing to break to stop the Brits breaking the same rules and regulations .If you had an out of date tax disc they would fine you but an out of date Treaty is OK .
