I was on the little rank outside PWC on the north wall last night.I was there for a good half an hour.suddenly loud aggressive knock on the window.there was a copper wanting to know was there any reason I was parked where I was.I said yes,im standing for hire.he more or less told me to fukk off out of there ,because I had no besiness being there.then I pointed out to him it was an official rank,and I had every right to be there.the reason I could not pull fully on to the rank was because his colleagues had parked on the rank,and prevented me from having access to it.he nearly got sick when I told him this is a taxi rank
