I probably use this place as I say for therapy....thers a very good reason I live alone ..I think some of us are here cause we get a social interaction...the older yu get friends seem to fade in numbers for various reasons ......so even tho its taxi chat it mighten always be bout the taxi industry
I've a mate an hes a jolly old soul ....but until recently I taut he was a bit slow...I often wondered how he survived to his 50s ....I've taut that hes a bit autistic....I  suspect me own social ineptitude is autistic of  origin .

Had an appointment with Mater last November.
Got a phone call from me local Doc this morning to discuss matters.
This telephone "consultation" cost me 60 Euro!!

Went to see My Doc yesterday .Had to book in from the garden before they opened the door and ordered to hand over credit card hang up coat sanitize hands .Then sit in goalfish bowl and wait to get blood tests ,no piss test as the toilet would need sanitising after everybody filled the little plastic pot .My blood pressure was through the roof never a problem before .Doc says a lot of taxi drivers he sees have the same problem .To much drink and take aways and fuck all exercise .Doc asks do i do 5000 steps a day I had to think 14 stairs up 14 back down twice a day for a piss .No Doc I dont .Its only when your asked the question direct you realize how unhealthy our lifestyles have become .

Anyway,since i'm temporarily unemployed i've started walking 5kms a day,since i started me new job i've lost a stone and can walk up hills at a pace and i'm never out of breath....fukin great i am.

Hal I fell in August 2019 fucked up my knee couldnt walk properly for about 10 months .Drink Chipper and Lockdown I put on 3 stone in a year and a half  dropped it but then put on nearly a stone in December .Doing nothing becomes a habit .I doubt Im the only one fell into that trap .

I have a Gym in the shed .Multigym ,Rowing machine .Bike on a turbo trainer,Treadmill and vibro plate .I also have Lidil,Aldi ,Supervalue Mc Donalds,Burgerking half a dozen Chinamen within about two miles of the gaff .

Actually don't eat that many takeaways.
