All three were where the MEPC Dunlaoghaire Shopping Centre is now. Downeys is in the Guinness Book of Records for the world's longest running strike/ industrial dispute at 14years and 8 months. 1939-1953. All were operational when I started to serve my time as a TV technician in 1972 in Dunlaoghaire.
