You know when you go to a place like that or something similar like go cart racing or quad biking etc I think you sign something before you start that says in the event you are injured, its on you. do those documents mean anything if someone gets injured and puts in a claim? Because if not, there is no way I would open something like this in the claim capital of the world.

Remember that woman who had to close her childrens play centres because parents were bringing her to court because little mary or johnny tripped on carpet and got a little scratch on their knee while in the play centre.

Expanding the permanent berthing facilities for barges, would seem to be a better idea for the location, and for the many people who would consider such a lifestyle if the facilities were there.
Trump has called for help, so I'm on a plane heading for The Strait of Hormuz, talk soon.

The woman who got out of the luas without her child was the best one. 40,000 compensation for the kid.

But I was asking are the forms you sign (agreeing that any injury you get is your own problem) before you partake in dangerous activities worth the paper they are written on?

The initial cost was €12M, now it's €25M.  What do you think the final cost will be?  €40M?

The cost of the facility, originally estimated at €12 million, has almost doubled to €22.8 million. The council said the original cost had been preliminary and had not included design and demolition fees or VAT.
oops

Did the Convention Centre ever get planning permission for their sewage treatment plant, I wonder?
Getting old is compulsory whilst growing up is voluntary.

Absolutely.  I never heard a clamour for rafting facilities in the inner city.
Perhaps berth large boats to house the homeless.

I think it's a great idea but there has to be access for locals, they can't be priced out of the market.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

I'm  guessing the locals are already planning to f**k in their laundry and a box of tide!
